Whats the difference between the Yaki and Silky finish?
The ‘Yaki’ finish (not to be confused with ‘Yak’ hair) has been chemically treated in order to achieve its unique finish. It is deliberately texturised and provides a closer match to most types of straightened (blow dried, hot combed or heat pressed) Afro hair. The ‘Silky’ finish is dead straight, and very smooth, and resembles relaxed and other types of straight hair.
