Whats the difference between the TSR and DelPro?
The (TSR Form) Telephone Service Request is a form used to request telephone services when no purchase or fee is involved. Delegated Procurement (DelPro) is the mechanism that NIH Administrative Officers utilize to request telephone services and products when a cost or fee is applicable. Contact your AO to purchase telephone equipment. Note: There is no fee to submit a TSR form.
