One is for optionally receiving the Compressed Zip file back up, the other is for receiving a report on the results without large attachments. When dealing with large processes, backing up large websites, multiple simultaneous backups and a 3 way computer connection (your machine, the local server and remote server) there’s a greater chance of something going wrong. The Back up report will let you know exactly what happened and if any errors occurred, exactly where thy occurred and suggest corrective measures. Sending your self a report is advised.
