Whats the difference between the Sticky Pods with 3 versus 4 suction cups?

0

My Sticky Pods and Dash Cams (3 suction cups) are designed for lightweight consumer cameras (2 pounds or less). They are not as stable as the Pro Pak and Original (4 suction cups). The Racer, ProPak and Original can handle high speeds and heavy G-forces in turns. All this while creating better, more stable video. The Racer, Original or ProPak is what you need for racing. Be sure to add a Bogen 577 for more stable videos at high speeds. If your camera setup (still, video or film) is greater than 8 pounds, you will need the Sticky Pod Director to get the results you desire. Please know that the greater the weight on the Sticky Pod, the more unstable it becomes as you drive, so you must support this weight with multiple bases tied together. If you have a 5 pound camera, but want to drive at highway speeds, you’ll also need a Sticky Pod Director because the wind will batter your camera so hard, the video will become unusable.
