Whats the difference between the Short and Standard profiles?

The short profile contains the minimum amount of information needed to match you with a job. Completing the short profile will let employers find you and will let the system find jobs for you (our Midnight Match). The standard profile contains more information and must be completed before you apply for a posted position.
