Whats the difference between the pulsatile nasal/sinus irrigator and regular irrigators?
The major difference is that the pulsatile irrigator is designed by an experienced ENT doctor which follows the movement of the nasal mucosa and the sinus. The pulsatile nasal/sinus irrigator is made to follow the movement frequency of the cilia on the nasal mucosa . By doing this, it allows the nasal mucosa and cilia to restore its function. The regular irrigator is just rinsing the nose. The pulsatile nasal/sinus irrigator can easily remove any debris hanging on to the nasal mucosa, because of the function of the pulsatile vibrations.
