What’s the difference between the President’s Management Development Program and the Supervisors Academy?
PMDP is designed for staff who are in an MPP or SSP III/IV position. Employees in a similar level position may apply with a manager’s recommendation. Participants will increase their capacity to be effective in their current and future positions by gaining proficiency in essential management skills and acquiring a broader understanding of the SDSU system. The Supervisor’s Academy is a program designed to provide supervisors and lead employees with essential skills needed to successfully supervise employees at SDSU.
