Whats the difference between the PGA-04 and PDI-03?

0

The PDI-03 and the PGA-04 have the same speaker simulator filter circuit. There are two main differences: the EQ section and routing of the filtered and unfiltered signals. The PDI-03 has two 3-position switches: one for the highs and one for the lows. On the PDI-03, the filtered and unfiltered signals are separate with dedicated volume controls and output jacks. This signal routing feature enables you to use the PDI-03 like a splitter and send a line-level output signal to separate power amps, effects racks or consoles. The PGA-04 has rotary knobs for the highs and lows. It also has a Brown/Lite switch for the filtered section which is like a pre-set mid-range control. In the signal routing, the filtered and unfiltered signals are mixed internally by individual volume controls and sent to the same output jacks. The unfiltered signal has a 6K switch for tweaking the highs.
