A. The performance plan is used by the principal/vice-principal to outline key goals to improve student achievement and the strategies that will be used to attain those goals. The growth plan outlines the individual competencies from the Ontario Leadership Framework that the principal/vice-principal would like to focus on during the year to support the implementation of strategies in the performance plan and the actions he/she will take to enhance these competencies.
