Whats the difference between the older XL-15 Classic and new Classic LA-3500 v2.0 air purifier?
Classic XL-15 is an older model. This is a predecessor to the newest Classic LA-3500 v2.0, which is more powerful and provides for quicker and more effective air pollution reduction and control. The newest Classic model features stainless steel parts to protect against corrosion; double-prong negative ion generator for more powerful ionization; 2 High frequency Ozone plates for more sanitizing power; germicidal UV bulb for enhanced germ/viral/bacterial/mold spore, etc. protection; improved filtration system for the back to help protect the unit itself, and much better quality cabinet than the older XL, among other improvements.
