What’s the difference between the Matrix View and the Zoom View in MEMRI3?
The “matrix view” is designed as a “birds-eye” view of data – it gives rows and columns equal emphasis by stacking the variables in each cell. This view is very useful for coding, browsing and printing the data, but not as useful for sorting or exporting. The “zoom view” flattens the data by placing each variable into its own column, effectively widening each cell so that more rows (but fewer columns) can be viewed on the screen. This view is excellent for exporting and sorting the data, but not as practical for browsing or printing. Coding can only be done in the “matrix view”.
