Whats the difference between the Lite version and the Professional version?
The professional version provides some additional features like the ability to print out reports, the ability to send out mailings by fax and by postal mail. When action items come in (such as a contact whose email address is no longer valid, or updated contact information from a contact), the lite version requires that you handle each of these action items individually, whereas the professional version gives you the ability to handle all these items at once in the ways you specify. After two weeks of using the Lite version, if you decide to keep using the Lite version instead of upgrading to the Professional version, you will be asked to include a bio page link in your email signature.
