The Kid Comfort II and III both feature the same suspension system and frame elements, but the Kid Comfort III is taller because of its high-back head rest and a stowable water resistant sun roof for the child. Other features that differentiate the Kid Comfort III from the Kid comfort II are: removable/washable dribble pillow, a little mirror in the hip belt to check on the child behind, and a little extra volume in the storage compartment.
