The 33.758.000 Ladylux Cafe is the newer version of the 33.757.000. The newer 33.758.000 has a redesigned pull out head that is larger and easier to use. It also has a “hold and release” dual spray control; regular flow and spray mode. The older 33.757.000 has a smaller spray head and only has one flow; no other spray mode.
