Whats the difference between the episodes and the mangas?
The mangas (Japanese for comic) were released before the episodes. No, this does not mean that once they mangas were finished, they made it into a TV show. They airred them simultaneously. The mangas were released monthly and the episodes were released weekly. So, 1 manga roughly equaled 4 episodes, although there are times when it’s different. The mangas were generally a month or two (sometimes more) ahead of the episodes. So Gohan may be a high school student in the latest manga, but he’s still fighting Cell in the episodes. The mangas were each 181 pages long, plus some neat-o pin-ups for the next few pages, and a brief introduction of the story and main characters (of that specific issue) in the beginning of the book. They were black and white, and one part would be in multiple shades of grey (I prefer the plain 2-color blank and white). They were also in Japanese, however, some companies translated them into Cantonese and other languages (and no censoring). The episodes had the ab
