Whats the difference between the EPA and the Fifth Column?
The EPA is a government organization dedicated to hunting zombies and protecting the environment and our health. The Fifth Column is a evil splinter sect of the mostly benevolent EPA. They are difficult to tell apart as both employ mysterious black vans and the Fifth Column often claim to be the EPA to discredit them. Also, the EPA are samurai, while the Fifth Column are ninjas.
