Whats the difference between SwitchSync for Tungsten T3 & E and SwitchSync Ex?
Actually, SwitchSync for Tungsten T3 & E also works on Zire 31, Zire 72 and Tungsten T5, the name may be confusing but it is because that the Tungsten E and Tungsten T3 are the first two devices support built-in Outlook sync in Palm handhelds. SwitchSync Ex has the different wizard like user interface. But their have the same functionality and support the same devices. Who needs SwitchSync? SwitchSync is very useful for who synchronize the Palm with MS Outlook. If you still want to synchronize with Palm desktop or someone else who are using the same PC wants to synchronize with Palm desktop. SwitchSync should be the best choice! How can i customize the conduits for different users? Simply click the cells in the table. A popup menu will be displayed to let you choose the synchronization types you want. See the Usage section of the help document for detail. Do i need to restart the HotSync Manager after I switched the conduits? No. SwitchSync will have done it for you.
