Whats the difference between standard text-only e-mail and an HTML-formatted message?
Standard text e-mail contains nothing fancier than text and text-based links – it’s the sort of basic e-mail most people are accustomed to receiving. An HTML-formatted message, by contrast, can contain (in addition to text and text-based links) all kinds of images, colors, and other cool stuff. Not everyone can receive HTML-formatted messages, however. Check with your Internet service provider to find out if your e-mail system and software can handle HTML before you choose the HTML-formatted option.
