Whats the difference between Speed and Indoor Soccer?

0

Both Speed Soccer and Indoor Soccer are played six-on-six. Speed Soccer, one of our most popular sports, is played at Maxwell Family Field (a synthetic surface). Speed Soccer is a fast-paced sport with no throw-ins, substitutions on the fly (similar to Ice Hockey), and lots of high-scoring games. Indoor Soccer is played in the RSF Gold Gym. Like Speed Soccer, Indoor Soccer is fast and aerobic, and utilizes on-the-fly substitutions with the added element of walls as boundaries.
