Whats the difference between Skip and Ban?
‘Skip’ just skips the song for this listening session. If you skip a song, you are only skipping it for now. My Classic FM doesn’t remember what tracks you’ve skipped, so it wont affect the songs or artists you hear. Due to licensing restrictions, you are only to skip six songs per session. The number of skips remaining for this session is shown in brackets next to the skip button. If you ‘Ban’ a track or artist, it will not be heard on your player for 30 days. After 30 days, the ban will expire. When you opt to ban a track / composer, you’ll also use up on of your skips too. If you want to review the songs and artists you’ve banned, you can see this on the player on the right hand side. To remove a ban, simply click ‘undo ban’ nexto the artist or track.
