You invite candidates to get permission to share their resume. You can only can share a resume if a candidate gives you permission to do so. Here’s how it works: • Permission to share a resume is typically secured when a candidate selects the “Recommend me for other jobs if this one doesn’t work out” option when they are applying for a job. • If you add a candidate directly to your JobScore account (using the add candidate page), you do not have permission to share the candidate’s resume. • To get the candidate’s permission to share their resume, you’ll need send them an email inviting them to join your talent network. • If a candidate joins your talent network they are presented with a “recommend me for matching jobs at other companies” option – if they choose this, it gives you permission to share their resume.
