A. When you reserve a room with www.comfortsuitesmv.com, you reserve with the hotel directly and your reservation is processed immediately. The booking number you recieve in your email is the booking number the hotel has. When you reserve with a 3rd party, such as Expedia or Hotels.com, your reservation must get processed with them first and then get processed with the hotel itself. In order to cancel, you must cancel with the 3rd party, not the hotel.
