GeoTrust QuickSSL is the basic SSL certificate of GeoTrust Certificate Authority whereas QuickSSL Premium is version of GeoTrust Certificate Authortity which secures www & non www with unlimited server licence.

There is no difference in the certificate. The only difference is that, QuickSSL Premium comes with a dynamic site seal for you to display on your web site. A site seal represents that your domain has been vetted by a trusted Certificate Authority. A site seal is highly recommended.
