What’s the difference between Pro and Arcade Mode?
A. Arcade Mode is intended for the player that just wants to get out on the lake and fish. The fish are more active, and are more likely to bite even if you don’t have the exact right lure on your line. Also, “hot spots” are marked by buoys so that you don’t have to spend a ton of time looking for areas where you can find fish. Pro Mode is meant for the player who wants to rely on their knowledge of real-life fishing. Players will need to use fish finders and maps to locate hot spots where the fish are found, and the fish will be much pickier about what they bite on. For an extra challenge, try using the “Above water view” – in this view, you can’t see what’s happening under water and will need to rely on feedback/tension on the reel to hook your catch! Press the “X” Button while fishing to switch between views on Xbox and press the “1” Button on the Wii Remote for Wii. Back To Top • Q.
