Whats the difference between Pre-Select and Open Schedules?

0

For the Pre-Selection process, while Career Services will encourage that resumes be submitted according to the employers qualifications, no screening is performed prior to these resumes being made available to the employer. This allows all interested registered candidates to submit their resumes for consideration. Candidates are allowed to submit resumes until approximately three weeks prior to the interview date. Open Schedules enable candidates to schedule interview times immediately, providing they are registered with Career Services and also meet or exceed the employer’s requirements for major, degree level, graduation date and work authorization type.
