Whats the difference between Powdered Gelatin & Agar Agar Gulaman?
AGAR-AGAR OR GULAMAN The big difference is that agar agar is vegetarian. I prefer using it. It comes in clear sheets or as flakes and disolves easily and to me makes a nicer texture.
