We use Etsy as a place to sell our limited edition tutus and accessories as well as items we are closing out. We only accept Paypal through Etsy. To visit our Etsy page, click HERE. What if an item I ordered is out of stock? While Little Diva Tutus is constantly updating our inventory, there are times when a mistake is made. In the event of a mistake in inventory, you will receive an e-mail asking if youd like a refund for the item ordered or an exchange. We give you 48 hours to respond. If we do not hear from you in the 48 hours, a refund for the out-of-stock item(s) is given and the rest of the order is shipped. How will I know if my credit card or Paypal payment didnt process? Once again, Little Diva Tutus will contact you via the e-mail account you used when placing the order. You will have the option to place another order. We do not continue to process the order until it is approved. How many days should I allow before contacting you about a missing order? As stated, Little Diva
