Every time I receive a major upgrade of a specific system I change the “version number”. This indicates that the energy of the system has been strengthened and refined. Sometimes I receives minor updates and I only mention this in the news section, without altering the version number. Whether or not one should upgrade to a newer version is entirely up to the individual. Example upgrading to Tachyon 2011 would make you able to make stronger and better Tachyon antennas….so if that is your goal, you should upgrade.
