Your ODT is customized to your requirements, practices, and even culture. You select, manage and continually interact with the members of your ODT , just as you do with in-house staff. Using an ODT , you get access to specific skills, gain better control over the entire development process, achieve easy scalability, reduce the development costs, and have the accumulated expertise transferred back in-house. Whereas, project based outsourcing is performed by unknown resources, generally outside of your direct control, and little or no knowledge is transferred to you.
