National Geographic Explorer is an instructional magazine created for teachers and students to use at school. It is part of National Geographic School Publishing’s growing initiative to create engaging, high-caliber, nonfiction products for the classroom. Articles reinforce curriculum content, and activities hone key reading and writing skills. Each issue comes with an eight-page Teacher’s Guide that offers background information, discussion questions, reproducible work sheets, and suggestions on incorporating the magazine into your lessons.
