Whats the difference between MyUcla Gradebook final grade and Offical final grade?

Nearly in all cases, the two grades will be the same. The MyUCLA gradebook grade is one which the professor submits to the registrar. It is usually finalized, unless the professor (or the student) realizes a discrepancy in the grade shortly after the posting. If there is no change, the same grade will be posted for the official final grade. It is not really final yet, the instructor may still change the grade if you have the supporting argument.
