I have been a “Mormon” for 37 years, and am a convert. The true name of our church is The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. So, yes, we do believe in Him. We believe that He is the only begotten Son of God, born of the virgin Mary, who came to earth to fulfill the Law and Will of His Father in Heaven, God, Elohim. We believe that He taught the fulness of the Gospel in ancient Israel, and was baptized by John the Baptist to fulfill the Law, set an example of baptism by immersion. He called 12 apostles, taught -often by parable so that those who had ears to hear would, yet those who were not yet ready would not stand condemned for knowing something they then could not live up to. After three years of mortal ministry, He was crucified, and was resurrected on the third day, thus giving all the gift of the resurrection. And therein lies the difference!
