The Pharmacy Help Desk can answer only medication specific information pertaining to your benefits. You, your doctor, and pharmacist should call the Pharmacy Help Desk at 1-800-788-2949 to answer medication specific information regarding your pharmacy benefits. Member Services answers questions relating to medical claim inquiries, enrollment issues, plan changes, and providers. They do not give precertifications or prior authorizations. They are only equipped to answer general questions relating to pharmacy issues; however, they can provide you with a copy of the CHA Health Preferred Drug List and the Abbreviated Prescription Drug List.
