Lucite is by far the standard of the Industry. Quarite is actually a brand name a granite-look alike acrylic produced by Aristech acrylic, and used by many hot tub manufacturers. Acrylic comes in many colors and textures. Most people prefer the Lucite because it is easier to maintain and offers the famous Anti Microbacterial product known as “MICROBAND” used in Hospitals and Labratories all over the world.
