Whats the difference between LCD and Plasma TVs?
Plasma TVs are prone to glare because of the glass front. LCD TVs have no glass so there is minimal glare if any. Plasma TVs are more prone to “burn-in” (when an image, such as a paused video game, is left on the screen for hours at a time it can “burn in” to the screen) Plasma TVs are available in a few more larger sizes than LCD and are not as expensive as LCD. Plasma TVs must remain upright at all times, other wise it may damage it. Plasma TVs are more prone to ghosting, and in general LCD TVs have a better refresh rates than Plasma.
