The difference is nothing more that the difference between English and American spelling of the same word. The English is Carat by the way.

Literally, carat refers to diamonds or other gems, karat refers to gold and metals. Otherwise, the difference is the k and the c.

there’s no difference between carat & karat.both r the unit used to measure the amount of gold.but karat was the word which was used in earliest times.now we say gold in the unit os carats. thtz all frnd.
