What’s the difference between jogging & running?
There isn’t much difference, when you jog you go at a nice steady comfortable pace that suits you & your body. When you run you try to go a little quicker, meaning to try to “push” yourself a little harder. But it’s ok to jog or run… once again the most important thing is you enjoy improving your fitness & trying to achieve those 50 Golden Miles whether you’re walking, jogging or running.
