Although both activities are located in the same department they are distinctively different services. Inliterlibrary Loan (ILL) is when the Biomedical Library gets materials for its patron’s that the library does not own. Document Delivery (DD) is when the Biomedical Library sends its own materials to its users. Both services can include journal articles and books.
