Whats the difference between imperil and vuln?

0

Imperil reduces the armor level of the target. Vulns increase damage taken by that damage type. War spells ignore armor level, therefore casting imperil on your target will not increase the damage taken by your spell. As a mage you should not be casting imperil unless you are helping out a melee member in your party.
