Whats The Difference Between Hypnotherapy And Clinical Hypnotism?

0

Hypnotherapy is psychotherapy (whether analytical, behavioral, cognitive or whatever) done with the aid of hypnosis as a medium of communication. Hypnotherapy is the one where they say you will remember everything and cannot be made to do anything against your will. Clinical Hypnotism is about about the hypnosis rather than the psychology. In deep hypnosis your conscious mind stops acting as a guard determining what can or can’t be let into your subconscious – your reality. Simplistically Once the conscious mind can no longer interfere the subconscious can be told “you are happy” and “happy” becomes part of your reality. It is much faster and more profound than hypnotherapy, but not every subjects can achieve the necessary depth of hypnosis to do it.
