Whats the difference between HTML and Text email format?
Email sent in HTML (hypertext markup language) appears in much the same way you’re viewing this web page. We’re able to format the message we send you, adding graphics and links to other pages that you might find useful. HTML emails are ultimately designed with you, the reader, in mind and communicate their message much more effectively than emails sent as plain text. Email sent as plain text can be effective too; however, you won’t see the formatting (bold, italics, etc.) that makes HTML easier to read. You still can receive links to useful information but lose the ability to view graphics. Key benefits of plain text emails is their smaller file size and your ability to read them offline.
