The main difference between hot stamp and heat transfer technology is that hot stamp is ideal for single color transfers whereas heat transfer is utilized for pre-printed, multicolored transfers. The indexer transports the carrier under the stamping head and ensures accurate registration of the transfer image on the part being decorated.
