I think health fitness is related to our general health systems like immune and digestive systems because sports like walking, jogging, and yoga help us health but for performance fitness it’s for bodybuilding spots like push ups, plank and etc. this is what my doctor clarified to me when i visit him for a full check and he recommend me to work out every morning because i have high blood pressure which will weak my immune system and you know that’s really bad situation because of the covid-19 so sports will help us all.
