Whats the difference between having a good attitude and glowing?
I think an attitude is one thing, but you have to live it on a day-to-day basis. That has to do with the habits that you’ve developed and also the skills. A mindset is important, but of course it doesn’t make any difference unless you behave differently. So I focus quite a lot on how important it is to learn the habits and also to invest in the skills. Cooperation is really important, but to really glow you have to be thoughtful about who you’re cooperating with. So I talk a lot about the sort of networks that you’re developing and how those are working for you and how you might want to change them to make them more valuable. If developing new networks and collaborations are part of the glowing process, what would you suggest to someone who says it’s too difficult to leave their comfort zone?
