Whats the difference between handcrafted Simmons soap and commercial soaps?

0

Most commercial soap bars are actually synthetic detergents! Those that aren’t are usually made using animal fats (tallow), and either will ordinarily contain synthetic colors and fragrances. The moisturizing and skin softening glycerin is removed from commercial soap and sold seperately. Simmons special soaps are based on all natural, vegan ingredients. They are mild bars, high in olive oil, that still contain their natural glycerin. Other additions are certified organic grains, herbs, and spices, the scents all come from pure essential oils except for the synthetic blend, coconut, which is part of the fragrances we combine for the Cocoa Butter soap. The only animal related products are the heavy cream (BGH – free) and honey that are added to the Milk & Honey soap.
