What’s the difference between grass fed and corn fed beef?
There are no nutrients in corn, it’s all starch, so by feeding cattle corn we’ve created this food that doesn’t have any nutritional value. For Tallgrass, we hand picked cattle with purebred Angus genes. By feeding on grass, they fatten naturally and produce meat that is also lower in saturated fat and cholesterol and is higher in vitamins A and E. Besides that, unlike corn fed beef, grass fed beef contains significantly higher amounts of omega-3 fatty acids, which are healthy for you, and it’s lower in calories. Is there a difference in taste?
