What’s the difference between Foot and Hand Reflexology?
Foot reflexology is the more traditional reflexology or the one people will be used to receiving. Hand reflexology is based on exactly the same principle and is ideal for people who may suffer from arthritis of the feet or who’s feet and/or ankles show a contra-indication, i.e. severe bruising or swelling, broken skin, veruccas etc or for those who feel their feet are particularly sensitive or they are uncomfortable about having their feet worked on.
