Whats the difference between flakes, crystals, capsules and tablets? Does the form in which I take the algae affect its absorption rates?
Crystal Manna Flakes and Crystals are simply pure, wild, organic AFA harvested from Klamath Lake, OR and dried using our harvesters Refractance Window Drying technology. After the algae is dried, it is put through a mesh screen in order to break it down into pieces small enough to use. The Crystals are put through a very fine screen, and the Flakes are put through a slightly larger screen. Being different sizes, they dissolve differently when mixed with water or juice. The flakes produce a less dense, blue-tinted drink with particles floating on the top and bottom of the glass. The Crystals produce a more homogenous, deep-green tinted drink in which the particles distribute more evenly throughout the glass. However, both mesh sizes are the exact same product, and both offer the same extensive benefits of AFA.
