What’s the difference between discretionary and non-discretionary investment management?
Under our Discretionary Investment Management Agreement, we have the ability to trade in your account without your verbal or written permission for each trade. Under our Non-discretionary Investment Management Agreement, we must speak with you directly prior to any trade that is made in your account.
