Whats the difference between desktop sharing and application sharing?
Application Sharing: When you share a single application – the Support Engineer only has access to that application and any windows that are subsequently opened from within that application. Equally if the application you share has access to specific files, the engineer will also be able to access those files using the application. However, the Support Engineer would not be able to see or launch other applications without your permission.
